Boutique Hotels

At JB Journeys, a boutique hotel can be described as small, usually locally owned, offers personal attention to us and our clients, and operated with an environmental business model. We pay attention to, among others,
  • food sources,
  • building materials and methods,
  • energy production and usage,
  • staffing, wages, and advancement possibilities for locals,
  • waste management, and more.
We have stayed at most on our list, and  some come from client recommendation. We vet each place and follow up annually for any changes or additions.*
Our favorites are included here. We're always on the lookout for more, so let us know of places you think fit our criteria.
